We are looking to expand our Fleet Support Technician Team – join Team Smartfits now!
Are you an Experienced Field Based Auto Electrical Engineer/Installation Engineer looking for a new challenge?
Due to rapid growth, Smartfits Installations Limited is seeking experienced Telematics & CCTV Field Engineers with excellent DVR/DVS installation skills. Reporting to your mentor or Installations Director, you’ll play a vital role in deploying and maintaining advanced telematics systems across vehicle fleets nationwide.
Responsibilities

Professionally install & maintain vehicle telematics and CCTV systems (DVR/DVS), integrating seamlessly with onboard electronics

Diagnose and repair electrical/system faults using hand and power tools

Perform pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure quality and safety

Collaborate with team members for timely, compliant project delivery

Maintain and care for tools and equipment to guarantee operational reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience installing telematics and CCTV (DVR/DVS) systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive electronics
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Preferably AVI Accredited
- Driving License
